Do you have to have production?

If you don't have a large showband, it might not be necessary. Each lighting unit used at your event comes with a purchase price, as well as costs for storage, maintenance, and transportation to and from the event location.

• Stage Specification – consider stage design as an example; it could be a basic platform stage for a sweetheart table or a custom-built stage with tiers, mitred edges, stairs, and more... the size of your venue can greatly impact if you will require a stage so you and your head table can be seen.

• Dance floors – You will have a couple of options between click-together dance floors, LED Dance floors, and vinyl print dancefloors. • The number of staff allocated to the event – ensuring that the production supplier has an adequately sized team working on your wedding day. If not, and the setup isn't completed on time, it could disrupt all your other suppliers and potentially affect your wedding schedule in a worst-case scenario. Setting up a wedding with lighting, sound, stage, and dance floor is a significant task and requires the production team to be on-site early in sufficient numbers. Additionally, they need a team assigned for the "de-rig" at the end of your event to ensure the venue is completely vacated by the end of the rental period.
